Power (day 1)
One can
almost hear the collective sigh coming from all the homes where the Thanksgiving
Turkey was just placed in the ovens all over the mountains. When power was
lost, the electronic controlled ovens stopped working. Many a turkey
dinner was lost. SCE goes down as the company that killed Thanksgiving in
the San Bernardino Mountains this year.

6) (we were the last area to get power reconnected)

outage was the result of 24 inches of snow causing many trees to fall power
lines on the mountain.
