Crestline Experimental Dive Unit Presents a talk at the

Adventurers' Club of Los Angeles
on
Building and Winning -
Human Powered Submarine Races

            On 4 March 2004 I gave a presentation on the adventure I had in entering,building, competing in, and winning the One-Person, Open-Division, Non-Propeller category in the 1996 World Submarine Invitational hosted by Scripps Institute of Oceanography, and thus setting the International Human Powered Vehicle's Association Wold Record in this event.

           Dr. Bob (r) is presented with an appreciation certificate from Steve Bein, Club President.

The Dream Team

Dream Team members present are;
Nate, Roy, Ron, Erick, Dr. Bob, and Keith.
(My wife Jane, and  another Dream Team member Ron were unable to attend,
but of course weres there in spirit.)

            My submarine named SUBLIME was present as a static display during the talk.  After a Powerpoint and Video presentation, I made a donation of SUBLIME to the Adventurers' Club of Los Angeles.  It will remain on static display at the Club.
