Inspection the hulls of shipping in the anchorage may not seem to be the most glamorous jobs in Homeland Defense, but make no doubt about it, it is a most important one. Though remote sensors, robotics and marine mammals have their place, a diver in the water is the most flexible and has stood the test of time.
As can be seen above, skill, grace, mastery of the equipment, and levelheadedness wins out to brawn in this challenging attention-to-detail activity.
