            This swimmer is shown attaching a satchel charge to the hull of a ship at mooring.  It is just this type of possible terrorist threat that various agencies (including the Navy, Coast Guard, CEDU, and Harbor Patrols ) under the direction of the Office of Homeland Security are identifying, in pursuit of, and neutralizing.

            Call the CEDU for assistance in your small unit tactical waterborne operational needs.
